Set of 6 “Foglio” wall lamps by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for Flos, 1960s, first edition chromed brass
Afra Scarpa, Tobia Scarpa, Flos

These “Foglio” wall lamps were designed by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for Flos in the 1960s. This set consists of six lamps, available for sale in pairs.

Crafted in folded brass with chrome finish, these are first edition examples, marked with the original Flos wall plate. Each lamp holds two E27 sockets, compatible with LED bulbs, combining functional versatility with iconic Italian design.

The lamps show visible signs of wear: the chrome surface is dulled, with oxidation and corrosion marks. While not in perfect condition, this authentic patina adds character and historic charm, distinguishing them from later, lighter re-editions currently in production.

The Foglio model is among the most celebrated designs by Afra and Tobia Scarpa, embodying their ability to transform essential forms into timeless lighting icons of 20th-century Italian design.

Condition: vintage, fair with wear and patina consistent with age. Complete with original Flos mounting plate.
