2 round vases by Nanni Valentini for Ceramica Arcore 1970s
This pair of stoneware flower vases were designed by artist and ceramicist Nanni Valentini for his own manufacturer Ceramica Arcore in the 1970s, and crafted by Marco Terenzi. These vases bring a touch of freshness and elegance to any setting.
They feature an elegant rounded shape, with a light gray background glaze on which a circular sky-blue decoration is painted, while around the mouth they have a greige finish. Inside the vase is a hidden bowl where the flower stems can rest to stay more easily in the desired position.
Made of stoneware, the typical material used by Valentini, the vases remain in excellent vintage condition, and are signed with the initials “CA” below the base. This piece is part of a larger connection from Ceramica Arcore, available in our inventory.
