Derk Jan De Vries
SOLD

This storage system, designed by dutch designer Derk Jan De Vries for Maisa, was manufactured by the belgian company Maisa in the 1980s as the "Samara" series. Inspired by Ettore Sottsass' "Kubirolo", this collection was produced in different finishings. Here we have a combination of 8 units: 2 chest of drawers, 4 single closed cabinets, 1 double close cabinet, 1 empty cabinet. They are finished in natural oak wood or stained white and green. The closed cabinets have a magnet lock. They can be arranged in different combinations, used all together or separatedly. With the proper equipment, they could also be wall hanged.
