Part of the collection of decorative boxes that Fontana Arte has been crafting for decades, this piece is catalogued as model 1781 on the "Quaderni di Fontana Arte" and dates back to the 1960s. Designed by Max ingrand, at the time the artistic director of the manufacturer, this piece is an extralarge version than the one listed on the Quaderni, and this makes it a very rare piece, together with its undeniable beauty: the three materials, wood, silver-plated metal and of course crystal, merge together perfectly, and the whole is enriched by the stunning detail of the chiseled edge.
