This wall piece by British artist Will West, living and working in Pavia, Italy. This work, a unique piece, is part of a series of different works all titled "The Error". It is made of an engraved slate plate, and it comes with a metal frame designed by the artist.

Will West was born in England in 1964. After studying art at City of London University and obtaining a B.A. in sculpture at Central Saint Martins College, West moves to Pavia, establishing a studio in the marble factory of his wife’s family. West will use from then on scraps from marble’s industrial processing to create most of his works.
During his career West takes part to artist’s residencies and to collective and personal exhibitions in Italy, England, Austria and India.
Among his shows, we remember "Family Matter" “Making Relics” (2016) and “Welcome” (2005, O’artoteca).
